There are just some materials the allow a project to improve with time.  All tell a story about the environment, the building, the object, and its users.  Why is it that many old things are more valued than new?  For us it is the passage of time, the memories and emotions attached to materials that gives a object or a space value. Material selection is about creating something that is sustainable - durable, healthy, and aesthetically resilient to trends and a natural patina.
